today didn't put alarm n even when sleep broke at 5 am , unwilling to wake up,
than woke up at 8 am,
suffering indigestion , yesterday late night feast, uncontrolled जिव्हा,
1.30 hr net, in blog,
9.30 -11 .15 प्रजल्प ,
not yet started chanting, not even bathed , till yet,
no yoga,
did poja at 1 pm,
now its १.45 pm going for lunch प्रसादम,
started chanting at 3 pm did 1 mala n
was chanting on bed, lying on it, although not planned to, but slept,
i will never again chant on bed, it must b on separate आसन,
must b pure, bed is most unclean , impure, n untouchable,

3.15-6 pm sleep,
6.40 did 3 mala till yet, no shravan till yet,
no भोग preparation n prasadam ,
1 hr प्रजल्प
12 pm - till yet completed 16+ 12 mala,

12 - 4 am = 4 hr net, blogger,

woke up at = 8 am
माला ज़प = 16 + 12 , माला started at 3 pm ,finished at 10 pm .
योगा ex = 0, but walked for 3-4 hrs
did आरती = at 1 pm,
Spiritual Reading = स्वाध्याय = 0,
श्रवण = listened चैतन्य लीला = 0
internet = 6 hr ( orkut, facebook, gmail, blogger)
प्रजल्प = 5 hrs,
to bed at = day sleep, no night sleep, slept next day morning,
Total sleep = 4 + 2.45 = 6.45
