woke up at 4 am n didnt started net after long time i did this, since 26 April i m trying to wake up early but just after that i go online,
4 - 7 am = Bath, arti, 6 mala, 20 mins News paper, 15 mins jal seva, break fast,
7 - 10.30 = maha cleaning seva,
10.30 - 11.30 am = pooja,
11.30 am = 40 mins net,
12.15 pm = prasadam,
1 - 2.45 pm = sleep,
2.45 - 7 pm = only 12 mala instead of 25, inattentive japa, bath,
7 - 8.20 pm = 1.10 Hr online,
8.20 - 10 = bhoga preparation n prasadam,
to bed n slept at 10.20 pm

Arti = at 5, 10 am,
Japa =19 Mala Started at 5 am, finished at 6 pm.
Yoga = no
Prasadam = 12.15 pm, 9 pm,
day sleep = 2 Hrs
Seva = 4 + 1 Hrs
Spiritual Reading = 0
listened = 0
internet(orkut, facebook, gmail, blogger) = 1.30 Hrs
prajalp =4 Hrs
to bed at = 10.10 Pm
Total sleep = 2 + 5.30 = 7.30 Hrs,
etc =prajalp, wasted time,
